Remote Account Access
At e-Recovery Solutions you can access and interact with
your collection accounts via the Internet.
- Access and review your patient/consumer account(s) 24 hours a day,
7 days a week
- Inquire on account balances that may include interest accruals and/or collection fees
- Review patient/consumer payment history
- Report account payments and/or adjustments to eRS
- Upload your placements electronically
- Upload accounts in hardcopy format by entering the data from your office
- Notify eRS of account activity, i.e. new phone number, new address, employment, etc.
- Notify eRS if a collection account should be cancelled (in accordance to Service Agreement)
- Notify eRS of specific account information
- Access statistical reports and customized analysis
- Access your collection account inventory placed with eRS
- Obtain information and correspond with eRS at your own convenience
- Notify eRS when an account is included in a patient/consumer bankruptcy filing
- Transmit your patient/consumer information on a secure and encrypted website

If You Don't Have Internet Access
- Obtain an Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Dial-up service (lower speed) ranges from $0.00 - $25.00 per month. Low or no cost options may not be as dependable as
higher cost options.
- High Speed services, like DSL or cable modem are recommended. They range from $25.00 - $40.00 per month.
- DSL and cable modem service is not available in all areas.
- Contact your phone company to determine the availability of DSL in your area.
- Contact your local cable company to determine if they offer cable modem service.
